I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 10 years. During that time I have been involved in all facets of the Real Estate process including; sales, auctions, marketing and project marketing.

For 20 odd years prior, I worked in the Stock and Station Industry holding various managerial positions and eventually, solely operated as a Livestock Broker and Auctioneer.

Real Estate is a natual extension of my wide and varied experiences both in New Zealand and Australia as a Stock and Station Agent.

I have built a reputation amongst the rural community, through my commitment to consistently achieving some of our local markets best results.

Equally important to me is my passion for providing a level of service to my clients that is second to none.

I’M BACK!

After spending the last month travelling and supporting my son Tim Gudsell in Beijing and then some time in Europe, I am now back and seem to be busier than ever…
